Chemical Products Business

Fujichemi Oita Factory is an injection molding manufacturer with its manufacturing and sales base in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu. Using high-precision injection molding (plastic injection) technology, we manufacture precision plastic products such as parts for high-end digital cameras, medical device components, and industrial materials.

Chemical Products

  1. Handling a wide range of materials, from general-purpose resins such as PP, ABS, and PC to super engineering plastics such as PPS.
  2. Injection molding of a wide range of resins, including POM, ABS, nylon, urethane, and elastomers.

Injection molding machines

At the Fujichemi Oita Plant, we can handle injection molding for a wide range of part sizes, mainly small components, from 0.1g to over 150g. Injection molding is available for a wide range of thermoplastic resins, from general-purpose resins to high-performance engineering plastics such as PPS. We are equipped with single-color molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 30 to 180 tons, as well as two-color molding machines ranging from 130 to 280 tons, enabling integrated molding using different materials or colors. This flexibility allows us to meet a wide variety of customer needs.

Molds

Functional nonwoven fabric

The company handles a wide range of nonwoven fabrics for applications including apparel materials such as shoulder pads and interlining; industrial materials such as filters and precision machinery components; and healthcare-related materials such as operating room sheets, masks, and wiping materials.

Functional Films

The company mainly handles tape core materials, various base materials, and products related to the Self-Defense Forces, as well as a wide range of films including PET, OPP, and vinyl chloride films. It also handles textile and knitted products and various fiber materials.

Trading

The Trading Business provides automobiles, tires, electrical appliances, and various types of machinery, mainly in Central and South America and the Caribbean.  It responds to customer needs across a wide range of fields. The company has been operating in Central America and the Caribbean since the early 1950s.  It has sold automobiles and various electrical and industrial products, and its business activities are widely recognized today. In the past, the majority of exports were from Japan; however, in response to exchange rate trends and changing times, the company is putting more effort into exporting from countries other than Japan (third-country trade).  The company also imports industrial filter products.
