Whistleblowing System

We have established the “Corporate Ethics Hotline”, an internal reporting system that accepts consultations and reports from employees of Fujibo group, our business partners and other internal and external stakeholders, in order to detect and prevent actions that may violate laws or corporate ethics at an early stage.

Eligible Whistleblowers

Employees, directors and temporary employees of our group or business partners (including those who retired within one year) and their families are eligible to make reports and consult.

Protection of Whistleblowers

We strictly protect the confidentiality of whistleblowers and ensure not to cause any disadvantage to whistleblowers. In addition, we will take steps to ensure that those who have cooperated in confirming the facts of the matter will not be disadvantaged.

However, the protection does not apply in the case of false reports, slander against an individual, or reports for other improper purposes.

Handling of Reporting and Consultation

We will respond to consultations and reports fairly by protecting privacy. Anonymous consultation and reporting is also possible, but in the case of anonymity, investigations are often virtually impossible, so please make a report and consulting with clarifying the name in principle.

Please note that any communication or response from our company is intended solely for the individual who contacted or reported to us. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from reusing or repurposing any or all of the content.
